you'll get $10,000 of complimentary Accident Insurance. After six months,
you'll be automatically upgraded to $100,000 for $5.95/month, billed quarterly.

For a limited time, you can obtain an additional $300,000 of Accident
Coverage. Plan ahead for an
emergency, with you or your spouse,
by selecting the Joint Plan. Spouse benefits are 50% of the additional coverage amount.
